How long and how often should I use the mat?Updated 10 months ago

Anything that feels good is allowed. In the beginning, 5 minutes on the mat is enough. We recommend starting slowly and increasing over time. 

We recommend daily use for 20 minutes a day. However, it is by no means harmful or unhealthy to lie on the mat for longer. Many people fall asleep on their mat, which is completely safe. In general, use the mat regularly to feel the best effects.
