I can't complete the payment process.Updated 10 months ago

Are you having problems paying, your credit card is not working, or you keep being returned to the shopping cart without completing the payment? 

We recommend that you delete your cache and cookies and place your order from scratch. Alternatively, open another browser. Sometimes it's technical "hiccups" that cause glitches. 

If your credit card is not accepted, please check the data entered, such as expiry date and CVC, and try again. Your bank may also require you to set up a secure code.

If the payment process still does not complete correctly, please contact us with a screenshot or video that explains the problem specifically. This will help us to determine the cause of the problem and whether or how we can help. Send the email to our customer service: [email protected] with the subject: Problem with the payment process.
