You are welcome to pay your order on account. We do this via Klarna.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is an external payment provider. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, Klarna will handle the complete payment of your order with you. To manage your ShaktiMat purchase, please enter the email address you used for your ShaktiMat purchase here and follow the instructions. 

How long do I have to pay my ShaktiMat invoice?

You usually have 14 days to pay your invoice. These 14 days are from the day we receive your order. 

Please note that invoices must be paid within the specified period, regardless of the date of receipt of the goods. If there is a problem with your order (shipping is delayed, order cannot be found, etc.) please inform Klarna in order to avoid reminder fees.

I would like to return my order. Do I have to inform Klarna?

We recommend that you inform Klarna about the return. This is very easy. Go to your ShaktiMat purchase on the Klarna website and select "Register return". 

I have a problem with paying my bill, who can I contact?

If you have a problem paying your invoice, please contact Klarna first. Go to your inbox and select "Start chat". Now you can discuss your problem with a Klarna employee. Here is also the link to the general Klarna customer service.
