Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied. 

Please contact our customer service at [email protected] with the subject: "My product is damaged". This will enable us to quickly identify and process your request.

IMPORTANT: Highest quality is very important to us. Please send us some pictures of the defect so that we can forward them to our product team.
