We produce our Shakti products in our own factory in Varanasi, India. Here we employ only women to give them a better, independent life. We pay them fair wages and offer them excellent working conditions, free meals, health insurance cover, paid holidays and much more. Follow this link to find out more. 

We have also committed to send every daughter of every employee into private education until the age of 18.  We have now placed 12 girls into the school and are raising funds to send more.
