At ShaktiMat we want to do things differently. Since 2019, we have been working decentrally, without a fixed office. All our employees work in the places where they are most productive and happy. In addition to remote work and home office, we offer our employees other benefits such as part-time work, support for professional and private training, paid volunteering and so-called ShaktiDays - days that menstruating people can take to relax and rest during their period.
