You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return your ShaktiMat product to us. Please be sure to fill out the return form and enclose it with the package. This is the only way we can process your return and refund you.

We only accept products that reach us in perfect original condition. If a brochure was enclosed with your product, please send it back to us as well. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund.

ATTENTION: You will not receive a confirmation of receipt of your return. Your return will normally be processed and refunded within 5 working days. 

Please do not send us an email about the cancellation, it is sufficient if you bring the package to the post office.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, as unfortunately we cannot cover these.

Good to know: Out of over 5,000 customers this year, we have refunded every single person who requested a refund. We were only unable to refund one mat because it was returned to us soiled and crumpled.
