According to the tracking, my order has been delivered. However, I have not received my delivery.Updated 10 months ago

We understand that this is deeply frustrating. You are eagerly waiting for your package and it doesn't arrive. We also want you to receive your order as soon as possible 🤞🏾

First of all, please check whether you have received a delivery notification from the delivery service. This will tell you if the delivery was left with a neighbor, for example. You can also check this information using your tracking number.

Sometimes deliveries are made without contact and end up in the hallway, for example. Maybe a friendly neighbor held your parcel for you 📦 🧑🏼🦳


Official parcel trackings

If your order can't be found, we need to initiate an official parcel trace. This will allow us to report a claim and send you a replacement. 

Please send a message to our customer service at [email protected] with the subject "Lost parcel". This will help us to quickly identify and deal with your issue.

IMPORTANT: If you have issued a drop-off authorisation, we are unfortunately unable to initiate parcel tracking.
