Our acupressure mats in green, orange, lavender-pink and black are ShaktiMat's Original, suitable for beginners. Our ShaktiMat Indigo is the Advanced mat, suitable for professional athletes or people who have already gained experience with our ShaktiMat Original. The yellow mat is the light version, designed for people who are very sensitive to pain.
