I have not received an invoice.Updated 9 months ago

If you have chosen to pay by invoice when placing your order, the entire payment will be processed by Klarna. Klarna is an external payment provider.

You will receive the invoice with the bank details for the transfer from Klarna by email. If you have not received it, make sure that the email has not ended up in your spam folder. Unfortunately, this often happens.

If you have not received an invoice, log in to your customer account again. This is very easy with your e-mail address here. Please use the email address you used for your purchase at ShaktiMat and follow the instructions.
