You have placed an order and have not received an order confirmation?

This can be for several reasons. Please check your spam folder first. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that our emails end up there. 

If there is no message from us in the spam folder, it is possible that your order has not been received at all. Please check whether a payment has been debited from your payment method. It may be that for technical reasons your payment was not completed. If this is the case, please place your order again. 

If the payment has been debited and you still have not received a confirmation, please contact us directly at [email protected], with the subject: I have not received an order confirmation

IMPORTANT: Please tell us the email address and delivery address you used to order from ShaktiMat. This will help us to resolve your issue more quickly.
