I have received the wrong product.Updated 10 months ago

We are sorry that you have been sent the wrong product. Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen, but it's nothing to worry about. We have two solutions for you: 

If you want to keep the product, we will give you a 15% discount on the product and send you the missing product immediately along with an invoice for the discounted item.

Alternatively, we will exchange the product free of charge.

In general, we ask you to consider for a moment before any exchange if it is absolutely necessary. Every package that goes on the road has a negative impact on the environment. Perhaps you know someone who would be happy to receive something from ShaktiMat?

In order to process your request, please contact our customer service with the subject "Wrong product delivery" at [email protected]. This will enable us to process your request quickly. 

IMPORTANT: Please tell us what you ordered, which product you received and whether you would like to keep the product or exchange it. In the case of an exchange, we will send you a return label with which you can send the product back to us free of charge. Once it's on its way, we'll immediately send the originally ordered product to you.
