My order has been returned.Updated 10 months ago

There may be different reasons why your package was returned to us. These include:

  • Inconsistencies with the address 
  • The delivery person cannot find the delivery address
  • The parcel was not collected from a parcel shop after 14 days
  • The wrong carrier (non-DHL) was selected to deliver to a DHL Packstation.
