There is a delay in delivery.Updated 10 months ago

Unfortunately, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience, also on behalf of our warehouse and shipping partners.

You can easily track your shipment yourself. To do so, please enter your tracking number in the shipment tracking. You will have received this by e-mail after placing your order.

My order is not moving

If your order does not move for more than 4 working days, please contact us directly at [email protected] with the subject: "Delivery delay". This will enable us to process your request quickly. Please also give us your telephone number. 

We will then contact the shipping company and clarify why your delivery is delayed. If necessary, we will send a replacement immediately.
